Sketches from Dead Lake

Whilst processing my recent images from Dead Lake, I became interested in the very graphic almost sketch-like work generated by creating images based on purely the luminosity values of the images.
Often when processing my images, I use TKActions by Tony Kuyper (well recommended) and part of this workflow is to create luminosity masks to aid selective adjustments. When working with these masks, I often find they produce very graphical images that represent the scene in a very different way; sometimes I prefer the image produced over the original image being worked on.
I know this treatment is very much a Marmite thing, people either like it or hate; but as they say about Marmite “Love it or hate it, just give it a try…”
